Mack & Malone - Money Muzik drops APRIL 12th, 2011!

Malone says he needs to get these albums out by August at the latest.

Breaking News: JUVENILE is NOT back with CMR!

TODAY, in a talk I had with UTP Records' in-house producer, C. Smith. He notified me that the info being given to me these past few months about Juvenile being signed back to Cash Money Records as a solo artist are not what they seem. According to C. Smith, Juvenile is only back with Universal Records. He has not signed a "solo" contract with Cash Money as expected. He only has a "group" contract with the label. Juvenile is more of a CMR affiliate now. Still in contact, but just not signed to the label.

He says that Juve's new album will be dropping real soon. Most likely I believe in the 2nd Quarter of 2011. Due to the false information being sent around the internet it can be easy to except the fact that Juvenile may, or may not, have signed back fully with his former label.

Juvenile's next release is tentatively titled, "400 Degreez II". There is also rumors it could be called "800 Degreez". With all this speculation surrounding his label position, UTP Records is still moving strong and C. Smith confirms it. Regardless, Juvenile is on UTP/Universal and is an affiliate of Cash Money Records. If one day he truly signs completely back like B.G., then we hope to hear real news on the subject.

Check out the official music video for Just Brittany’s “Hello, How You Doing?” record featuring Gudda Gudda above. I don’t know much about this yet, but it looks like Brittany is the latest female artist to sign to Cash Money Records!

This song will appear on Just Brittany’s upcoming Not Just A Pretty Face mixtape, which drops on February 11th, and HDPublications directed the visual.

2 PISTOLS Released by CASH MONEY RECORDS

He just wasn't producing well enough to B & Slim, in their eyes. He has left the label on good terms.

2 Pistols had announced in Spring of 2009 that he had signed with Cash Money. He spent close to 2yrs on the label releasing 4 mixtapes under the label:

- "10-20-Life" (2009)
- "Hollow Tip Music" (2009)
- "Back 4 The 1st Time" (2009)
- "Live From The Kitchen" (2010)

His sophomore release, "Arrogant", will drop independently.

Birdman Clears Air About Shyne's "Deal"

Back in October Shyne was quoted as saying that he and Baby were tight and he was really interested in a Cash Money deal. Shyne said “Me and Baby have had a longstanding relationship for over 10 years, since I’ve been out in the streets,” Shyne added. “I’ve known him from way back then. We just kept that relationship. When I was in the pen, he got at me. When I got out the pen, he got at me. He’s always been one of those O.G.’s that always stood tall and do what people from the block do. That’s just what he does, he’s just a good dude. So it’s inevitable that we keep that connection.”

When asked about the Cash Money Deal Shyne told MTV “I might do that. I’m not sure, We’re still finishing the fine points and negotiating that. Maybe I’ll come with something six months later, [maybe] every six months. I’ve got so much to say, you dig? I don’t think I can answer all the questions on one album. So I definitely think we can put out two different albums on the same day at the end of the year, then come back with a third one or another double set six months later. Get all this sh*it off my chest.”

Now, Baby has released a statement to XXL saying “I don’t really know his situation with Def Jam, but we didn’t really have a chance to come around to the business part. But I got respect for what he’s doin’ and what he is tryna do. We haven’t got around to do no business yet, but you never know.” So regardless of what Shyne wants you to believe he is not out of that Def Jam boat yet. We may have to wait a little longer to see that Weezy/Shyne collabo.
